PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Fitness training geared to your individual needs.  Each session will be one hour.  Electronic body fat compostition testing, nutritional counseling and a natural health assessment will be included resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility assessment, exercise prespcription, muscular strength, circumference measurements and body mass index, along with progress monitoring. 10-sessions for $200 or $30 per session.

BODY COMPOSITION TESTING
Bioelectrical impedence technology will send a harmless current through the body to measure composition, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, skeletal muscle mass, resting metabolism, body mass index and body age. $10 per test

BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP IS THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS THAT STRENGTHENS YOUR ENTIRE BODY. THIS 60 MINUTE WORKOUT CHALLENGES ALL YOUR MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS BY USING THE BEST WEIGHT ROOM EXERCISES LIKE SQUATS, PRESSES, LIFTS AND CURLS.

SH'BAM
A 45 MINUTE CARDIO CLASS THAT IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY LES MILLS.  FUN, INNOVATIVE, DANCY, AND INVOLVES SIMPLE DANCE STEPS FOR A GREAT CARDIO WORK OUT.

ZUMBA
THIS DANCE ROUTINE FEATURES FAST AND SLOW RHYTHMS, AND RESISTANCE TRAINING ARE COMBINED TO TONE AND SCULPT YOUR BODY. ADD SOME LATIN FLAVOR AND INTERNATIONAL ZEST AND YOU ARE READY TO PARTY!   WE WILL ADD MARACAS AND HULA HOOPS FOR A FUN EXCITING EXPERIENCE.  BELLYDANCE AND BOLLYWOOD DANCE WILL BE INCORPORATED ALONG WITH HAWAIIAN DANCE.

THIS TRADITIONAL HATHA STYLE CLASS UTILIZES VARIOUS POSTURES OR "POSES" TO CREATE FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH IN THE BODY USING CONTROLLED STATIC STRETCHES.  LEVEL I BEGINNERS, LEVEL II INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED.  PLEASE BRING A MAT.

HULA HOOP FITNESS
A GREAT WAY TO TONE THE QUADS, ENGAGE THE ABS, WORK THE HIPS, AND HAVE FUN WHILE WORKING WITH A LARGE 36" HULA HOOP.  AN AWESOME CARDIO WORKOUT ALSO.  WE ADD HULA HOOP TO OUR ZUMBA CLASSES.

BLAST THE FAT AND TONE THE MUSCLES WITH THIS HIGH ENERGY WORKOUT THAT INCORPORATES CARDIO WITH STRENGTH TRAINING.

"DIVA DOLLS" POLE DANCE AND FITNESS
THIS IS A SPECIALTY CLASS GEARED TO WOMEN ONLY,  THIS DANCE WILL INVOLVE USING A FITNESS POLE AND SEXY, SASSY MOVES ALONG WITH A HARD CORE BEAT.  EXCELLENT CLASS TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE, TONE AND SCULPT EVERY MAJOR MUSCLE.  6" DIVA HEELS OPTIONAL.  $10 PER PERSON . LIMIT 10 PER CLASS.  

BOOTY BOOTCAMP-AN EXTENSIVE LOWER BODY WORKOUT SPECIFICALLY FOR THE GLUTES AND QUADS.

AQUA ZUMBA- An awesome water cardio workout inspired by  Zumba Fitness.  This fun, latin inspired dance is an excellent workout for all ages and fitness levels!!!

PiYo-  a combination of hatha yoga and mat pilates.

Cy-Yo- a combination of hatha yoga and speed cycle utilizing stationary bikes, with a relaxing end implementing hatha yoga and meditation(this class coming in March)

Martial Arts for Fitness- learn the fundamentals and form for basic martial arts, incoporating core training, self discipline and breathing ages 9 and up may attend(this class begins in March)

T'ai chi-  an awesome, relaxing experience involving slow meditated movement.  Easy on the joints, exhilerating for the mind and body, promotes health and longevity.  Great class for seniors.
